With three more weeks left for the World Cheese Festival at Godrej Nature’s Basket to end, for which we are event partners, we’ve got the second event planned out for you now.

Most of us have attended enough wine and cheese pairing events. It was time we paired cheese with something else. A lot of people in the industry believe that beer and cheese are a better match than wine and cheese. So we’ve got an expert from Doolally and Nature’s Basket to help us and you to understand that better.

The following beers:

• Adam’s Folly (cider)
• Bavarian Wheat Beer
• American Pale Ale
• Darth Vader 9000 (smoked)

will be paired with:

• Feta
• Smoked Chilly Cheddar
• Edam
• Fruity Wenslydale with Cranberries

The experts will be speaking on how the two are paired with each, rules to keep in mind for experimenting while pairing and of course, tell you which of the above beers go with which cheese.
